Patek Philippe 3574 Calatrava, circa 1970's, stainless steel tonneau-shaped case is in fantastic condition and appears to be the original factory finish, manual wind Patek Philippe caliber 23-300 movement, original brushed silver dial is in exceptional condition with black polished baton hour markers, matching black polished hands, size: 35mm, thickness: 8mm, acrylic crystal, screw down caseback. Excellent Condition for a rare stainless steel Patek.
